"My husband (Tom) was diagnosed as a Type 2 Diabetic a number of years ago and had been on insulin injections for a couple of years. Around 2 months ago, we decided  to try  Take Shape For Life to lose some weight. Within 3 days he was having low blood sugar episodes and now is completely off insulin and his oral medications have been cut way down, and he has lost 20 pounds, so needless to say, we are thankful and excited! My point is, because of the Take Shape For Life program we haven’t been eating pancakes! However, he sometimes has your sauce 3 times a day in his soup and  eggs and I always marinate whatever we are having for dinner in one of the sauces.
