Breakfast Burrito

A great breakfast burrito to start your morning right!

10” Flour tortilla

Chipotle White BBQ Sauce

Scrambled egg

Meat (sausage, bacon, ham, chorizo, etc).

Cheese

Onion

Methods/steps

1)Set large skillet on stove and set heat to med high.

2)Brush one side of 10” flour tortilla with Chipotle White BBQ Sauce and place sauce side down in hot skillet. Cook for 45 seconds and turn over.

3)Add scrambled eggs, and meat (sausage, bacon, ham, chorizo, etc).

4)Carefully lift tortilla out of pan by edges and wrap into a burrito. 

5)Add cheese, onion, additional White or Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
   

 

6)How to wrap a burrito like a pro! Place ingredients in center of tortilla from left to right leaving an empty space at one end. 

7)Fold edge closest to you over ingredients and pull mixture toward you gently to form a tight cylinder.

8)Fold the end with the empty space over towards the center of the roll and continue rolling the burrito.
