Carol's Chipotle Corn Casserole
Ingredients
1 beaten
egg
1 cup sour
cream
1/2 to 2/3 cup of
Glenn's Chipotle White BBQ Sauce
1 can whole kernel
corn - water removed
1 can cream style
corn
1 Jiffy Corn Bread
Mix
1 cup sharp cheddar
cheese
Methods/steps
To beaten egg, add sour cream and Chipotle Sauce. Add whole kernel corn and cream style corn. Mix in corn bread mix and cheddar cheese. Pour into 9" x 13" buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
