Pigs on Shrooms
Ingredients
1 Lean Pork Loin – 2 to 3 lbs will do
1 Full Bottle Glenn's Gourmet Goodies Wasabi White BBQ Sauce
2 Cans Sliced Mushrooms (drained)
Kosher Salt to Taste (optional)
Methods/steps
1)Place Pork Loin in a 4-5qt Slow Cooker.
2)Pour Mushrooms on either side of Pork Loin
3)Sprinkle pork and shrooms lightly with kosher salt if desired. (completely optional)
4)Cover Everything with a full bottle of GGG Wasabi White BBQ Sauce. ( I imagine any of the sauces would work equally as well but this one was fantastic!)
5)Stir sauce through mushrooms making sure the pork is covered on all sides leaving some mushrooms on top of pork as well.
6)Cook, covered of course, on low for 8 hours



Additional Tips
Enjoy with your favorite veggies or simple shred pork to combine with mushrooms and sauce and serve on rolls as pulled pork sammiches!
