SHRIMP MICHAEL


Description

This is a recipe from one of our customers:

"Here is one of my favorites.  I usually make a white sauce but decided to substitute yours.  Will probably make it this weekend!  This is also an inexpensive dish to make that is unique!"

20 ounces frozen shopped spinach, thawed and drained 
1 1/2 pounds shelled and deveined shrimp

1/4 cup scallion, chopped

kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste

paprika

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

8.5 ounces Glenn's Original White BBQ Sauce

Methods/steps

STEP ONE:  Assemble all ingredients and cooking utensils.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

STEP TWO:  Thaw and drain spinach.

STEP THREE:  Spread spinach in a pie pan and top with shrimp. Sprinkle with scallions.

STEP FOUR:  Add salt, pepper and enough paprika for a rosy color.

STEP FIVE:  Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle with cheese.

LAST STEP:  Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
