We are having a big neighborhood blow out tomorrow and I just made a dip using your wasabi white BBQ sauce.  Oh My Gosh is it good!

1)Blend first 3 ingredients in a mixer.

2)Then add chopped cucumber and stir with a spoon

3)Refrigerate for an hour or more

4)Serve with Frito scoops or any type chip

 This is the best dip I have ever made.  My neighbors were here trying it out and just loved it.  This will be a new staple all summer.

You can also add a little lemon juice to this recipe if you choose.  I made another batch with a splash of lemon and it was just as good.
