White BBQ Sauce Pizza Kit is the first
shelf-stable pizza in the world. The
Mozzarella cheese is made especially
for us and has a shelf life of one year
with no refrigeration required. Each pizza
kit makes 2 -10 inch pizzas.
Pizzas are made on special flour tortillas
that are slightly thicker than store-bought
tortillas. We usually cook our pizzas in an
electric skillet but they are fantastic when
cooked over the campfire or on the gas or
charcoal grill.
