Entrees

Marinate 6 extra thick pork chops (preferably boneless and 1+ inches thick) in approximately 3/4 cup Wasabi White BBQ Sauce 3-4 hours. Don’t drown them, be gentle and just give them a nice coating on all sides.  Prepare grill. Just before grilling, make a pocket in each pork chop and stuff with Bleu Cheese. Pinch close and cook on grill. Baste with sauce that remains in marinating pan. Spread Wasabi White BBQ Sauce on thick slices of Italian bread and grill on sauce side only. Serve with chops. YUM YUM.

I absolutely love these sauces. I am not a cook, but these sauces made the salmon and tilapia taste absolutely gourmet. I bought the 3 pack of sauces at Costco in Kennesaw, GA. My husband thought he didn’t like salmon and he never ate it, but when I marinated it in the Chipotle White BBQ sauce he loved it! Even my 4 year old nephew who had never had salmon loved it (although we had to call it tuna for him to even try it!).

Wasabi Steak Tots was the first creation that I made with any of the sauces. I had already precooked the steak so when I got back from Costco with the sauce, I naturally used it with the best sauce that I have ever had.
