Ingredients
  • Salmon or Tilapia
  • Chipotle White BBQ Sauce or Wasabi White BBQ Sauce
Instructions
  1. Marinate Salmon or Tilapia for 1.5 hours (only)
  2. Grill as desired.
  3. For Tilapia, marinate in Wasabi White BBQ Sauce, then sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on both sides of the fish, broil for 5 minutes (turn half way through broil time). Comes out perfect with a nice crust - delicious!
  4. Laura says: I absolutely love these sauces. I am not a cook, but these sauces made the salmon and tilapia taste absolutely gourmet. I bought the 3 pack at Costco in Kennesaw, GA. My husband thought he didn't like salmon and he never ate it, but when I marinated it in the Chipotle White BBQ Sauce, he loved it! Even my 4 year old nephew who had never had salmon loved it (although we had to call it tuna for him to even try it!).
